Meet with our expert design team to discuss needs, wants, likes, dislikes, and specifics.
We will take measurements, give you an estimated budget for the project and get to work. We will return in person for initial design presentation including layout, designs, and materials so you can visualize it and make revisions. We will provide you with the fixtures and brands that we use and a more accurate budget.
Once you view the design and are happy with what you see you can sign our Design Contract for the design process.
There is a $2,000 nonrefundable Design Fee.
With that you will get the original designs and unlimited revisions.
Once you are satisfied with final designs, we will render that for you.
Once you are satisfied with final designs, we will send you a proposal to include scope of work, scope of materials, attached designs, proposed materials with allowances.
Once we finalize all the details to your satisfaction, we will send you a contract. Should you choose to sign the contract and move forward with Langley Remodeling the $2,000 Design Contract will be eliminated and the money will go towards the deposit listed in the contract.
ON-SITE MEETING WITH OUR TEAM
Our Project Manager will be on-site managing demolition, new installation, the day-to-day construction work, keeping the project on schedule and will execute the process for and change orders as needed.
Our Project Manager will walk through the project and determine any punch list items and see that these items are complete to your satisfaction.
